HELP US FIND HEROES

In order to reward those who have demonstrated exceptional behaviour, going above and beyond the everyday call of duty, we have launched our search for a ‘Customers Hero’ as part of our ‘Graham Heroes’ Awards.
The ‘Graham Heroes’ Awards look to recognise members of the Graham team for their services to the company; and we are looking for help in the ‘Customer Hero’ Award category, with customers of ours invited to name a staff member who has stood out to them.
For staff that go the extra mile, constantly display a fantastic attitude or are just always smiling, the ‘Customers Hero’ Award category is an opportunity for customers to highlight great customer service.
To nominate a member of the Graham team for the ‘Customers Hero’ Award, customers are invited to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org by October 23rd 2015 with a few details, including:
· Who they are nominating (name and location)
· Why they are nominating that particular member of staff
· The nominators name and contact details
The top three short-listed Customer Heroes will all be invited to the company’s awards ceremony and dinner at Graham’s annual conference, hosted in Birmingham in November.
Jannette Walker, HR Manager, said: “The ‘Customer Hero’ award is part of the Graham Heroes initiative, which has been introduced this year to help us recognise outstanding behaviour and achievements in our Graham colleagues.
“We wanted to have a ‘Customer’ category as part of the Heroes Awards, because customers are the whole reason we have a business and we feel there is no one better to nominate our staff than our customers themselves.”
